Can anyone tell me a good book to read?

I love to read, I do.
But it's very hard to grab my interest. And seeing as I have an income now, I wish to buy books.

So anything really, as long as it's not too old. Or too hard to find.

Genres: Teen, Fantasy, Comedy, Mystry, Thriller, Romance, Philosphy, (auto)Biography... No horror, since I'm scared easy.. No western.. ect.

When I say romance I don't mean.. "OMG that guy is so hot 'secks'"
I like gay/lesbian novels.. not sex novels.. I'm more into the relationship stuff... Ahh..
Please don't suggest Twilight.. or Harry Potter.

Oh.
Also, if you have a good story on the internet that falls under those details. That'll be great too.
