I do believe love is real.
I reckon that everyone has a one true love somewhere, but many people don't end up with that person. They can still love other people and enjoy being with other people.

I don't know where I got that idea from but I just believe it lol@chu

I don't think "true" love is something you find, lose or stumble upon. Well, for starters I don't believe in "true" love or "fake" love or "almost" love, there's just love and feelings that are clearly not love.

I don't think that the kind of feeling that's prone to heartbreak is love. It's just something else, much more monstrous and just addictive. I guess what we love the most with being in love with someone is the possibility of loving someone unconditionally and receiving the same unconditional love in return. I sound so, uh, cold and heartbroken. Well, I believe in a love that lies within people, that we're capable to give to everyone around us not just a conventional lover. In my opinion, that love is truer than any kind of romantic affair.

Maybe I am cold and heartbroken.

I believe in love. I always will. My parents didn't fall in love before they got married, but I have no doubt that they love each other. And they love me and they love my brother. (I hate my brother though xD)

I believe in love of a family. I believe in love between friends. I believe that two people can love each other and not be in love. Its possible. I know. I experience it. I love Jingle, my best friend. I love Isa, my twinsie. I love Peggy, another great close friend. These people are like, my top three. And if ANYTHING ever happened to them...I'd...I'd probably just stop existing.

As for romantic love...lmfao. Never had a boyfriend. May never have a boyfriend. Never had a girlfriend either. May never. I have this not-really-friend who keeps whining (such a pussy!) about how he's never going to find love and how he wishes someone cared about him and blah blah blah. srsly stfu.

Romantic love can exist. I believe in it, but its like Santa to me. I know its there but I never experienced it. Unless Billie Joe counts. >.>

And I dont mean to be patronising, but I don't really think you can form an opinion even on your own feelings, MUCH less other people's, til you've actually been in love.

It sounds jerkish and Ihated when people said it to me, but now I understand why.

You've got to remember that you can love someone with all your heart without being in love with them.

man, love is such a wishy-washy feeling to me.

i've been in love before, but it's subsided - changed, we could say? - and this person that i'm in love with, i'm in love with who they used to be. like my feelings are stuck in the past. and just my personal opinion, i think counts just as much as if i were in love with who they were now.

i agree with what mikey had to say. if there's a doubt in your mind that you're in love with someone, chances are you probably aren't. when you feel like that, you just... know.
