Okay, so, I know we have a news section, but I think it could be really cool if we had a legit articles section.
I know that there's a few people on here who write articles and hope to pursue journalism.
I think it could be helpful in developing expository writing skills, since we have to develop them at some point for school or future jobs. :3

Might even to be able to do like a weekly / monthly competition in which we could choose a big piece of news in which then those who desire to do so can write an article on it, then have it judged by say, admins / judges of sorts?

No, but really, I did mean to get around to this AAAAGES ago and then drama happened and IAR kind of shut down a little. But I'd be happy to talk to the other administrators and see what we can get going. I mean, I WORK at a newspaper/magazine, so it wouldn't be in my favor to not have one. yay double negative!
