Umm..Ranks?

Semi-newb here, Hai.
How do ranks work?
Like, I've seen different ones but most of them are "New Recruit"
Is it a certain amount of posts you have to have or..what?

Oh and, I didn't see this anywhere but I was also impatient and didn't look for very long. If it's been answered, will you kindly direct me the right way?

what are the ranks in IAR?

500 > is New Recruit
500 is Red scare
1000 is undecided
2000 is Crusader
5000 is Comrade
10000 is Revolutionary
25000 is Second in Command
50000 is Viva La Revolución

Um, what does it mean by undecided?
Is that just..we can choose or is it Red Scare until you people figure out what you want it to be?

Back then it was undecided what the rank would be, as nobody was even close to it. Now it's 'leading by example'.
