I only joined yesterday, and I'm not sure on how to post a story.
I posted this yesterday on another message board, but was told to come here, I think.

Hi Lauren, and welcome to IAR (: anyone with a dark blue username is an administrator on this site (including myself) so feel free to ask us for any help if you need it
It's a bit different to other sites, seeing as we just operate as a forum - so you just click on the subcategory (IR original fiction, fanfiction, etc), copy and paste your story into the post, and then add the filled-out story information (found inthis thread) form to the top of your post, so people know what they're reading. And of course read the rules. Hope that helped!
