What emotion is your character scared of portraying to those around him/her?

Sadness. To an emotionally confused adolescent like Kotie, sadness just means weakness. She's never been one to become upset easily - instead she becomes angry - but pushes that to a more extreme level by trying to control her real feelings to hide herself from others. She's never felt like she could trust somebody enough to let them in and see her sad, weak side.
